The fastest way to reach us is by email: contact@openaimaster.ai. We aim to respond within two to three working days, though during busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer.
What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, please include as much relevant detail as you can. If you are reporting a problem with a guide, tell us which article you were following, what device and browser you were using, and what went wrong. If you are suggesting a tool for review, include the tool’s name, its website, and why you think our readers would love it.
Topics we welcome
- News tips: heard about a new AI launch, funding round, or policy change we should cover? Send it over — we always credit our sources.
- Corrections: accuracy matters to us. If something in an article is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it promptly.
- Tool submissions: built an AI tool or represent one? We accept review requests, though we cannot guarantee coverage and our reviews are always independent.
- Partnerships and advertising: we work with a small number of relevant partners. Please note that sponsored content is always clearly labelled.
- Feedback: ideas for new guides, prompts, or site improvements are always welcome.

Please do not send spam, unsolicited link-exchange requests, or mass marketing pitches — these are deleted unread. We also cannot provide personal tech support for third-party AI services; for account or billing issues with a specific tool, please contact that tool’s own support team.
